Things to Know

• Classes are offered on a sliding scale to make them accessible to as many students as possible. Check the pricing page for more details.

• Space is limited. To guarantee your spot in a class, please register in advance via WhatsApp.

• If you sign up for a class and can no longer attend, please let me know 24 hours in advance so your spot can go to someone else. 

• Classes start and end on time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class. 

• Mats are available to borrow for free. If you have a mat you like to practice with, you’re welcome to bring it.

• Please do not come to class if you are sick or injured. Taking rest is an act of care for yourself and your fellow yogis.
