After 15+ years of dedicated yoga practice, Amy Goldstein decided it was time to share her love for mindful movement with others. In February 2024, she received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification from Yogmantra in Bali with an emphasis on Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. She has since competed specialized trainings in Vinyasa and Restorative yoga through YogaRenew online.

Originally from the United States, Amy has studied, lived, worked, and traveled in over 50 countries. She moved to Montevideo with her partner in July 2024. Her side quest is to find the best beach, forest, museum, vegan alfajor, and ecstatic dance party in Uruguay. Recommendations welcome.
